I will be hosting the “Project Openhearts Concert 2011” at Hard Rock Cafe, Sentosa this coming Sunday 22nd May 2011, 7.30pm. Tickets are going at $20 each and all of that’s going towards building a two-classroom school for unprivileged children in Laos. I was told most of the tickets are sold out, but you can still make bookings through Ms Chong Ji Jian at 91598129. :)
Some of the other performers that will be at this concert include Pamela Wildheart, Didicazli, Yap Jiamin, MICappella, Cheryl Wee and Benjamin Hum. I think it’s gonna be a blast. -
The Christmas Show was fantastic!
There weren’t as many people as we had expected (though more than 1000 tickets had been sold). Nonetheless, it was a lot of fun for everyone.
I was a little nervous at first, because I haven’t emceed for an event in quite awhile, and this is my first time doing something like that in a church. Thank goodness, there was also Dorothy around. But everything turned out to be wonderful- the stage, the music, the performers.
Zhiyang did his thing.
Gefang did their thing.
The Dancers did their thing.
The Choir did their thing.
We did our thing.
And it all came together well. There was quite a lot of positive feedback. =DD
Well, more importantly, we all had fun.
