If we did all the things we were capable of doing, we would literally ASTONISH ourselves. =D -Thomas Edison
Let’s love, laugh, create, persevere, praise, heal, give, act, grow, pray and LIVE! =D
I saw this from “theflightout”! I thought it’s simple but meaningful, but there was a lot of space. So I’d adjust it a little and share it with you wonderful people!
Let us lay in the sun, and count every beautiful thing we can see.
What a beautiful world! Let’s spread the love. =)
I started reading when I was two, when my dad bought me my first fairytale book, and never stopped since.

As a child I loved stories that fueled my imagination- Tales of magic and fantasy, of knights and dragons.
As a teenager I loved reading about the world- Books about facts and science, about places, about how things work.
These days, as a young adult, I especially love books about people- scientists, politician, musicians, great people whom I respect, adore and admire.
I love reading about the great people who have lived meaningfully, people who have dedicated their entire lives to a message of love, peace and kindness. - Mother Theresa, Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King.
I love reading about the great thinkers, brilliant minds who have shared their wisdom and gifts with the world- Albert Einstein, Leonardo Da Vinci, Isaac Newton, Galileo.
I love reading about the great visionaries and leaders, who have through their foresight and leadership, lead their people through adversity after adversity, to prosperity and success- Abraham Lincoln, Winston Churchill, Lee Kuan Yew.
I love reading about great musicians and entertainers, men and women who have overcome all odds and pushed boundaries to inspire millions of souls with their gift of music- Michael Jackson, Tina Turner, Patti LaBelle, Aretha Franklin.
And there are so many more. This is a great world, full of remarkable people.
Reading about all these people- their thoughts, their ideas, their work, their life and journey, it inspires me in a way words cannot describe. When I read about them, it is as though they are with me, in my room, sharing their experiences with me. It feels as though they are speaking to me, offering me their insights and advice.
That’s why I love books, they take me to places I’ve never been before, and to meet great, remarkable people.
“When the power of love overcomes the love of power,
the world will know peace.”
-Jimmy Hendrix,
Rock Music Legend
Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
A brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people
Sharing all the world
You may say I’m a dreamer,
but I’m not the only one,
I hope someday you will join us,
and the world will live as one.
